# `ExcessibilityStorybook.Contrast`
[🔗](https://github.com/lessthanseventy/excessibility_storybook/blob/v0.1.0/lib/excessibility_storybook/contrast.ex#L1)

What a foreground/background pair is good for, under WCAG 2 and APCA.

APCA tiers are the "Bronze simple mode" levels from the APCA docs: a minimum Lc
for a kind of use, with the smallest font size/weight that use allows. They
answer "how big does text in these colors need to be", which WCAG 2's two
thresholds can't.

# `assess`

```elixir
@spec assess(ExcessibilityStorybook.Color.rgb(), ExcessibilityStorybook.Color.rgb()) ::
  map()
```

# `intended_pairs`

`{foreground, background}` name pairs where `X-content` is meant to sit on `X` (base-content sits on every base-N).
